Who We Are
Carmine Bruno is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Peak Partners. With a strong background in investment banking, management consulting, and turnaround advisory, he has guided companies through critical financial and operational challenges at various stages of their corporate lifecycle—including bankruptcy and distressed situations.
Carmine played a pivotal role in restructuring Sam Ash Music Corporation, working on a two-man team that earned M&A Advisor’s Distressed M&A Deal of the Year. His expertise in complex financial situations and corporate transformations has made him a trusted advisor to businesses navigating high-stakes transitions.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hamilton College.
